What's for lunch?

I am looking for good, filling, low calorie lunches. This seems to be the hardest meal of the day for me to fill up and keep to my healthy eating regiment. Normally I would indulge in a large plate of leftovers or some childhood delight. ( Shhh, don't tell anyone how gross I am, I loooove chicken nuggets and macaroni and cheese) But since those delectable items are not on the healthy side of life I'm left wondering what to eat.

I am on weight watchers and I do enjoy their frozen meals, smart ones, and also lean cuisine,  but they cannot be relied on EVERY day. ( My favorite is a lean cuisine, sesame chicken, so yummy! )
So now my go to meal is this....

Stand by lunch with a math test in the background. Typical day.
A turkey sandwich on a sandwich thin with honey mustard, no mayo, and lettuce. Only 5 points. I usually add an apple which is 0 points but I'm out so a few wheat thins and carrots it is. Although I like turkey sandwiches, I'm getting a little bored. I need inspiration. What do you like to eat for lunch? Share some idea's with me! Please!!! Otherwise the mac and cheese monster will get me for sure!

how about a giant salad with turkey or ham on it? and you know how I love a good baked potato for lunch :)

Cottage cheese (if you like it) with cut up fruit on it! YUM! The cottage cheese is a GREAT source of protein. You could also do an egg scramble with peppers, onion, a bit of meat and then at the last minute wilt some fresh spinach into it and top it with salsa.:)

Try sushi. I have no idea the number but rice, seaweed and veggies, how bad can it be. And it is really filling. ;-)

Spice up your sandwich by adding things like red bell peppers, tomato's, pickles, hummus or cucumbers? I love lots of veggies on a sandwich and adding the hummus gives a moisture to it without the calories.

Some suggestions:
a fruit smoothly made with fruit juice(rather than milk or yogurt)?

homemade burrito/taco - soft tortilla, corn or flour. Add refried beans, lettuce, tomoato, cilantro

tricuits with cucumbers & sliced deli meat

What about having a huge salad for lunch, like someone else suggested. Salad's can always be switched around - even adding rice to them (sounds odd, but it's actually really good)
