Thankful

This Thanksgiving looked different for us. There was no hosting or cooking or baking at all! On Thanksgiving we attended a beautiful lunch at a relatives house and headed back home several hours later. That was it. Ethan even thought he had missed Thanksgiving because it's usually a big all day event with cousins and family crowding in. This year we were so thankful, but also focused on a task. One that we had been stuggling to complete since we moved. THE KITCHEN!!!!

We realized that with our hectic schedules a lot of the remodeling and projects we have planned for this house are going to have to wait and be done when we have uninterrupted chunks of time. Like vacations. Or Thanksgiving break. We had four days, we persevered, and we finished! It looks amazing if I do say so myself! Here's a sneak peak and I'll be back tomorrow for the big before and after!
