I'm trying to make some mother/daughter aprons for my class auction project.
I have been trying to do the first step on the daughter apron all morning!
It is not going so well. In case you got the wrong idea from all my spring break projects, I am not truly a talented seamstress. And this bias tape is making me a little crazy!!!!
I can't get the corners to look nice! I tried it the way the instructions said to and it looks terrible.
And then I tried to miter the corner like I would for a quilt binding and that looks bad too!
Whahhhh! What do I do! If you are reading this and have any advice I would LOVE to hear it. For now I am going to go with avoidance and go read a magazine and have a diet coke! I'll let you know if and how it all works out. Just keeping it real I guess, secret is out now, I'm no good at tiny, little, annoying bias tape.

umm....since I can't even fold a washcloth to make it look nice I say you pick your favorite corner and just say "oh well." But I'm sure as a sweemstress it's not like that. You must figure it out!! Good luck to you!
