MBA

The love of my life graduated with a Masters of Business Administration yesterday, from Corban University. Getting to this point in Russ's education has been a long haul and has required dedication and sacrifice from him and from his family. I felt such relief and pride as I watched him walk across that stage and have that funky hood placed around his shoulders. I feel that somehow I was a small part in his ability to receive that honor. I'm so pleased that the school work is over, and even more happy that my husband has accomplished something he really wanted to, and he did it with straight A's. Great job Honey! We're so proud of you!

These pictures are very dark and fuzzy because my camera didn't like the lighting or the fact that we were way up in the second from the top row of the balcony. But I did my best to capture the moment. Russ got to sit next to one of our friends, Josh, he happens to also be Erin's brother. That was fun to see them graduate together. He's behind Russ in the top left picture.

Russ's parents came and were so supportive and happy to watch their son graduating from the masters program at the same college that his dad graduated with his bachelors in Business.
They were helpful to me with the kids too.

The kids thought it was way cool to see Russ graduate but listening to all the speaking parts, not so much. They did great but as you can see from the photo had energy to burn afterward!

Congrats to Russ, AND to you too Connie. Brian graduated with his masters a couple years ago, and the emotions I had really took me by surprise! I admit, I cried when he walked in. To think of all of the time he (and his family) had put into it. You should get a funky hoody thing too, Connie! :)
